Step 1: Complete a membership application form; click on "Downloaded forms" on the above navigation bar.
Step 2: Provide two means of identification and at least 1 of these must show your current address.
If you do not live in the County of Denbighshire but work or study here, please make sure you can provide additional documentation:
Students - A document stating you are studying at an educational establishment in Denbighshire.
Volunteers - A document from the organisation stating that you are completing voluntary work in Denbighshire.
Employees - A payslip or other document showing your name and the name and address of your employer.
Step3: Bring your application form to our office or to the Corwen collection point or post it with:
Your two means of identification £2 membership fee and
Your first savings - a minimum of £1

Step 4: Once your application for membership has been approved, you will be issued with a passbook and can start saving immediately and regularly. You can also save through a Standing Order mandate if you have a bank account - download a Standing Order mandate form, from the Download forms page or click here for your convenience.

Anyone over 16 years of age can become a full credit union member provided that they are part of the 'common bond'. By law you have to be 18 years or over to receive a loan.
Junior membership is available to those under 16 years of age. Credit union membership is an excellent way of getting young people into the savings habit.
As stated above, all credit unions are based on a 'common bond', all members having something in common with each other. Our common bond means that anyone who lives or works in the county of Denbighshire south of the A55 can join us.
If you are within our common bond, joining our Credit Union could not be easier. Simply follow the steps highlighted below. Once accepted, you will be asked to pay a small membership fee of £2.00 and then you can start saving regularly and take advantage of all the benefits which membership offers.
